How to Submit Cancellations & Request Refunds

Cancellations and order modifications must be submitted by contacting Customer Service at support@dealiov.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Please note: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and a full refund will not be possible.

I Have Not Received My Order Yet – Can I Cancel?

Shipping may sometimes be delayed, causing your delivery to take longer than usual. We apologize for any inconvenience. Orders that are already in transit cannot be canceled.
If you haven’t received your order after a long period, please contact us at support@dealiov.com so we can investigate and assist you.

Return Policy

If the items you receive are damaged, defective, or unusable, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order details and evidence of the issue. We will review your request and provide a solution.

Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days from receipt.

Items can only be returned with prior approval from us. Contact us to get the return authorization and the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and security. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

For returned products, the customer pays for return shipping.
For replacement products, the customer pays for return shipping, while we cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement.

Refunds

Returns are processed by our warehouse within up to 2 weeks.
Once approved, refunds are issued for the original product price only. Shipping charges or taxes paid to authorities are not refundable.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
